More Americans being replaced by H1B Indians. Is there any hope this will ever stop?

According to grifters extrodanaire Collin Rugg and Christopher Rufo I am sure this guy deserved it becuase he was lazy and incompetent and deserved to be let go because he didn't want to work 90 hours a week for half the pay like those super duper competent hard working Indians
My last job replaced me with an H1B Indian and he didn't even last 2 months before they reached back out to me asking me to come back.
When will enough be enough? Or will this replacement continue to happen under the Trump administration? Is anyone even pushing back?

No. As long as the quality is somewhat acceptable, companies will take the extremely lower wage employees.
The salaries will have to normalize before jobs return.

This is why I chose wealth management.
Wealthy older folks would rather cut off their arm than trust their money to a foreigner. For that reason alone, I should be good for a while.

Easy problem to fix but the politicians don’t want to fix the problem. The easy fix is for companies to pay 110% of the market rate to hire a H1B employee.
This would allow corporations to hire foreign employees if needed but it would not save the corporation money to hire foreign.

I was certain this is how the replacement at my last job got the job. He technically was not hired by the company that let me go, but was contracted out by the H1B scam tech consultancy firm. I had to train him to get my severance and I learned very quickly that it was a total lost cause to even try. He had to have cheated or scammed his way through the interview process if they even interviewed him at all. Not surprised he only lasted 2 months before he was canned and replaced by someone competent.

They should restrict it like H2A workers where the employer must prove he cannot find adequate American workers and wages must be equal

No comparison, the numbers are 20 fold difference between illegals and the H1B Indians that are not on government welfare unlike the 20 million invaders are.
