$1,000 for illegals to self deport

I’m as MAGA as anyone but I do not like this. If the same thing happened during Biden’s presidency Trump would be saying “I’m not giving the tax payer funds. I’m going to just deport them”.
What happens if $1,000 is not enough? He goes $5,000?

I read the average cost to deport them the way we’ve been doing it is 4,000. The new self deportation method would cost about half that.
