Newt's Congress by the way (not 100% sure, doubt it was done in the 2 disasterous years pre-Newt

wish we had a similar Speaker, perhaps would without California's gerrymandering worth about 10 seats

Congress cannot "strip" a fundamental Constitutional right. Only amending the Constitution can do so.

Non U.S. citizens AKA undocumented, AKA illegals, aren't afforded a fundamental Constitutional right.

So congress and executive passed this, but judicial can deny it?? What happened to separation of powers?

This is not true.

That quote is literally from the Supreme Court's 9-0 ruling from April 7.

That means Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch all agreed with that language.

Just because a law is passed doesn't mean it's Constitutional.

I'm just making that statement generally. A law could be passed unanimously by Congress and the Senate and signed by the President and still violate the Constitution and be ruled illegal by the courts. That's how Separation of Powers works in a Constitutional system. The Constitution limits government power, not matter how popular that power is at a given moment.

"due process" can be a simple hearing and they DO NOT fricking need to be here for that to happen.

Funny though, how the judiciary can all the sudden decide a 30 year old law is "unlawful."

same suspects again assuming any backwater judge is always right and everything must stop for years while the judge is proven wrong
