Illegal rapes and robs a corpse in NYC subway. Thankfully we can't deport him immediately.

Everyone advocating we give these people "due process" before deporting them is advocating for keeping people like this in YOUR city near YOUR family. By "due process," they mean a trial before a judge while being represented by an attorney YOU pay for. Not what they are owed, which is simply a quick verification by ICE that they're here illegally.
quote:
Per the NYPD, Felix Rojas found a dead or dying father on the New York Subway. Rather than administer first aid or call for help, Rojas allegedly robbed him, then returned to spend thirty minutes raping his corpse.
In a completely unsurprising twist, Rojas is an illegal immigrant, who was repeatedly caught crossing the U.S.-Mexico border but kept returning until he finally got through unscathed. Once inside America, he was of course treated as sacrosanct and allowed to roam free.
Now, hundreds of thousands of dollars will be spent offering Rojas legal defense.
Why? Because for the left, Felix Rojas is the perfect symbol. They want the criminal trash of the Third World to do to America what Rojas did to that corpse

Will the Democrats line up to protect one of their own this time.
Nothing is too low for these people.

Oh I'm certain the "American" Civil Liberties Union would beat down the door of the courthouse to defend this guy.

Bullet in the head. I'm not kidding. And that's before you even get to the other charges.

In before: "He wasn't intending to rape a dying man. Guys, come on. That was his attempt at CPR to revive the man. If you knew a little more about other cultures you'd realize this...'

It’s only a matter of time before the boards divorce attorney shows up to set everyone straight.

Due process doesn’t mean each person gets a court hearing.

Well I totally agree. Too bad judges don't.

Democrats don't even think that should be a crime.

Woodchipper blades need to be greased every now and then.

“It’s just one corpse here. Can it be proven that there wasn't consent?”
