Did you notice the poise? Just poker face until the final pitch.

If we had a super quality and consistent arm or two behind Cowan and Evans...

You are looking at a pitching staff that could kill in Omaha

oh yeah

he’s been solid since Texas really and he probably got pulled too early that game.

He just needed to avoid the blow up inning and he was going to be good

even 3 weeks ago against Auburn those 4 ER. 2 would scored because we didn’t make routine plays in the Outfield

Lsu has 4 pitchers to kind of get it done.

It’s their jackass play at the plate that will hold them back

He was dealing today and pitched a masterpiece but this was very telling.

Crowd was on him all day but you’d never know from his reaction. He handles his business, throws the CG and only then the bravado comes out.

He and Anderson can carry this team deep if the bats come up with a little more consistency.

I mean, anderson is pretty damn great too. Our top 4 are as nasty as it gets, probably only rivaled by arkansas

He is a warrior. And he has fought through tough innings and frequently works out of the traffic jams.

Love his fire on the mound too.

Kade is still our best pitcher. But Eye began the year as 60-75 pitch guy that hits the wall fast. No longer. He has absolutely shown the most growth.

But I want Kade game 3 in Omaha.

Both pitchers should have won today

Kade’s bats let him down

Anderson-Eaynson might be best 1-2 punch in baseball.
