I know we have aTm and that isn't an easy series, but looking ahead, Arkansas has their pitching rotation back to preseason expectations. At least against UTerus they do. Root as Friday night guy, and Wood is back this weekend blowing fastballs by Texas hitters. They will be tough to hit.

Might as well forfeit. No chance against that kind of firepower

Texas isn’t a great hitting team. They have just had an obscene amount of luck so far this year and looks like it’s running out.

Look at their home vs road splits. Very different

This kid tonight is dealing. Struck out 6 of 9 the first time through the lineup... he's throwing good stuff.

Yes, they may be tough, but we got Anderson and Eyanson. I recall double digit K’s on multiple games by those two. Just got get our bats some heat and we’ll be good for 2of 3.
Gotta get the aTm 1st though.

Both teams crush at home. Texas benefited with the easier road schedule for sure.

They just lost one of their better bullpen pieces in Wiggins. They're pitching, at home, against a mediocre offensive team, without its' best player. Why don't we relax before crowning them.

I don’t think OP was “crowning them”. They have a great BP and have pitched well. Especially at home. They will be tough to hit as OP said.

But no one in BR is scared of them nor crowning them.

Arky plays Texas, at LSU, and Tennessee the last three series. That’s about as tough a stretch as it gets.

Agreed. If Ark goes .500 the rest of the way, they probably get a national seed.

Didn’t hit any of these guys well except maybe Spencer, but when the starters get chased, we tend to break through offensively and have 2 cut throat stoppers in the pen once we have a lead
