Serious question, is Luka Doncic the biggest superstar with the worst defense

That we have ever seen?
Dude is a savant on the offensive end, let’s make that clear.
But there have been plenty of dogshit defensive guys who were studs on offense, but I don’t think ever to the level of Luka. Let’s make a list of offensive studs on the level of Luka who actually played defense on the level of your average Joe.
I’m not kidding, I’m 35 and out of shape and could play better fundamental defense. I would get beat like a drum off the dribble but at least I’d know how to play off ball. He doesn’t do either at any level of competence.
For the record, I’m talking guards/small forwards here, and the list is really small when comparing guys that Luka is/was offensively good as

Bird - if classifying as SF

The lakers were a top 5 defense for much of the second half of the season after the Luka trade.
His lack of defensive skill is totally overstated, if you want to criticize him, criticize his defensive effort.

Harden and Curry are up there. Curry’s issue is size though Imo. He does give some effort

Curry is small and old. He has no chance of guarding most guys in the NBA. Luka is not small or old.

George Gervin and Steve Nash were both notoriously bad at defense but I don't think either were anywhere near as big of stars as Luka

Harden was one of the best post defenders in the league. You can’t be the best in the world at something defensively and be considered the worst overall defender.
