Good stuff throughout. Shough comes off as authentic and prepared.

I mean.. you can close your eyes and hear Drew Brees. I highly doubt that most of the other rookie QBs were running systems with "5 plays at the line of scrimmage".

Wish the guy all the best

Thanks for posting. I actually think he will have some success early; there will be growing pains but has the maturity and knowledge of the game to overcome them quickly.

Agree 100%. I'll be the first to admit that I wasn't a big fan of the pick when it was made. But interviews like this are helping me understand it. The injuries seem to be flukes that shouldn't leave any sort of residual effects. He seems smart and has leadership qualities and then has all the measurables.

They’re already making Shuck apologize for being white?

You may need to take a break from this board for a while. Looks like you’re about to have a breakdown.

The fact is… Shough has 1 year ….the Saints will win 4 to 5 games and end up with a Top 5 or 6 pick in the 1st round.

THEN the Saints Draft another QB for the 4th year in a row….. showing the 2nd rd pick on Shough did us no good.

It’s just the way it is….

It’s called…. Loomising !!

Maybe so, call me an optimist. Cap situation has us hamstrung as far as depth goes, but I think this team has the potential to win 8-9 games. This is coming from someone who was there for the 1-15 season as first year season ticket holders.
