TRT QUESTION

I’ve been on TRT for about a year or so with a little oral Semorelin at bedtime.
The past couple months I’ve been running around like a chicken with its head cut off and have been horrible about doing my injections in regular intervals. At best I have been doing about 1/2 my prescribed dose.
Anyone else ever fall behind? If so, did you notice any change in your disposition or symptoms?

You can’t commit to once a week?
Do it first thing in am before getting dressed.

It’s twice a week…. And a marriage of travel, forgetfulness and other crap is the cause of my recent inconsistency.
Thanks for the reply

It’s not ideal but injecting once a week would be better than missing 50% of your doses on your current protocol. Just my .02

First off, I'm new to TRT. With that said, I researched the shite out of it before committing to it.
1. It might be easier for you to pre-load some syringes with your recommended dosage. I'll pre-load about 2 weeks worth of shots in my syringes. I inject every other day.
2. I don't need reminders, BUT I set myself reminders anyway in Google Calendar and it automatically emails me on the day of my shot.
3. Don't skip your shots, do the right dosage.

Set a reminder on your phone with the calendar app.

Do you brush your teeth twice a week? Just do it then

I remember how I felt and looked prior to TRT so it’s really easy for me to remember the shot days. It’s just part to my routine now like brushing teeth or putting on socks.

I've been there. The biggest thing is how do you feel on half the dose? If you feel fine then don't stress about it.

I don't understand this. Just preload the syringe the night before. I was taking 10 full 3cc syringes of steroids a week and never had a problem missing a shot and you can't keep up with a measly 2cc's a week?

My wife give me mine, but we alternate between backs of arms, stomach and butt cheeks

I am 29. A little bit overweight (which I am actively working on), in the gym 5-6 days a week. Told PCP the other day I am experiencing a lot of the usual low T symptoms (and quite frankly I was having them when my weight was in a healthier range too). She tested my total and free test.
TOTAL: 244 ng/dL
FREE: 7.9 pg/mL
Obviously that is low, especially for my age. PCP is referring me to an endo (which I have read mixed things about endos and TRT). But it is a start. Hopefully that appointment goes well, as with insurance it would be a lot cheaper than a clinic. I know I can go the ugl route but would rather not unless I have to

quote:Yeah those numbers are pretty damn rough. You will 1000% benefit from TRT and it’ll really help with your weight loss. Start with the endo, it may go well. Just do you research and don’t let them put you on a bogus protocol.

Why
I take a semaglutide shot a long with the TRT and they want me to alternate the injection sights for that. That's the only reason. Just give them both in the same spot

I do once a week 100 ml. I thought about splitting up to twice a week but I feel good. I switch butt cheek every week. I do other peptides nightly. 61 and workout 6 days a week.
