It’s becoming easy to forget this dude is a freshman. He’s just flat out elite player. Thankful he’s a Tiger.

He's so damn good. Incredible he's only a freshman. Even though he didn't have his best night last night, he's been the one leading this team out of their recent little funk.

He is very good at baseball. It’s hard to believe but he’s hitting better at LSU than he did in high school as a senior. He batted .314 his senior year.

He played in a stacked division in high school I believe. Still surprising though.

He’s a hitting machine. He had some struggles in the outfield in one series, but he’s been great defensively since then.

California is no joke though. It’s maybe the hardest high school baseball in the country. Maybe Texas and Florida too.

Agree but it’s still HS pitching and outfielders with nowhere near the speed of the SEC. He looks like a .500 HS hitter all day.
