Question about Due Process for January 6ers

I have seen the following sentiment in multiple posts.
Is there any J6 defendant who didn’t receive due process? I’m not saying every court case is going to go your way, but is there any actual example of one not receiving due process?

Democrats are more concerned about due process for illegal gangbangers than they were for January 6ers, that’s for damn sure.

100% conviction rate. Which has never happened in legal history.
The DOJ has a conviction rate of 95% in criminal cases… what are you talking about.
Do you believe any slop you see on Twitter?

Took you one post to drop the “I’m just axing questions” routine. That saved us all a lot of time.

Give me a real case, not immediately falsifiable Twitter garbage.

They purposely availed themselves of the DC laws……..by bringing themselves to DC

Look up and study the 5th and 6th amendment of the US constitution. After reading it you should have your answer to your question . If you still don’t see it then stop posting, because you have an obvious bias.

So all defendants are denied due process?

Your understanding of jurisdiction is very amusing to me. You think DC law is what applied here?

Link me to what I said that led you to this statement. Good Lord.

Basically people are detained all the time in this country without being found guilty of anything yet.
Democrats used to fight more for the criminal citizens. Now they are fighting for the criminal aliens.

In addition to what others have said, I would say:
-deprivation of 6th Amendment right to confront witnesses
-abuse of process through ridiculous over charging of crimes which obviously didn't apply
-denial of access to exculpatory evidence (all the videotape from J6, etc.)
-ineffective assistance of counsel (most of the court-appointed lawyers performed as if they were working for the prosecution)

It’s a DC jury. Don’t want to be subject to a DC jury? Well don’t travel to DC and commit crimes

Many were held for months or years without bail and didn’t get a “speedy trial”
Holding people with no prior convictions without bail for what amounts to criminal trespassing or property destruction at worst is a violation of their due process rights.

Remind me, the communist party is the one currently implementing market constraints and price controls in the name of tariffs? Or the opposition party?
