I have my own problems with the Framers and their intent, but….
I can guarantee you they didn’t intend Ahmed Muslim #3002 to have a third hearing in front a lesbian judge before being deported.

Sure as they didn't believe women should vote let alone be a judge but we tend to follow their words and ideal not how they actually lived or biases in their lives. We have evolved plenty of thought since the founders but removing legal protection from the government enforcement arm isn't something we should toss away lightly.

Doesn't the Constitution require the executive to enforce the laws? Were you objecting when Biden flew thousands of illegals into the country in flagrant violation of our immigration laws?

What I don’t understand is how an illegal alien is entitled to what the constitution affords our citizens—due process. If they are illegal, they should have no rights whatsoever. Why do they get the benefit of our courts at the expense of American taxpayers?

Freakazoid judges shouldn’t be able to facilitate an invasion of our country. That’s not what the founders had in mind.
Some of them were rich elitists who wrote the constitution in a way that benefited them, I suggest some here read up on it. But that’s about as far as I will stretch it
NON-CITIZENS SHOULD HAVE NO DUE PROCESS RIGHTS BEYOND BASIC PROTECTIONS. THEY SHOULD BE SENT AWAY AT ANY TIME.

100%. We know this because George Washington and John Adams—actual founding fathers of the Nation and constitutional framers—both supported deporting rabble rousing French aliens who were openly inciting riots during the French Revolution.
