No book spoilers in this thread.

New sci-fi show based on the Murderbot Diaries with a brilliantly cast Alexander Skarsgard as the titular character. I’ve been reading the books and they are pretty entertaining and remarkably short. All but one of the books should be classified as short stories and I would be surprised if they didn’t try to fit books 1-3 in the first season.

Solid trailer and am a fan of the tone and visual style they went with.

Looks like a big budget Resident Alien.

I like that.

That looks damn good, I love the books, this looks pretty damn faithful to them.

Never heard of this, but there's something in the vibe that reminds me of Avenue 5

Episodes were shorter than I expected but makes sense based on the length of the first book. They nailed the casting of the Preservation crew, especially Mensah and Gurathin. Looking forward to the rest of the season.

Yeah, they've done a great job with the adaptation through 2 episodes. Really enjoying it so far.

Just when the 3rd episode was getting good it ended. 20 minute episodes just seem to short.
