Employee Resource Groups: Everyone’s invited
Supporting LGBTQ+ inclusion within our workforce—and international events such as Pride Month—is just one of the numerous ways we can help to establish diversity, equity, and inclusion at the heart of our organization.
As well as being a Global Diversity Champion member of Stonewall, PMI has organically developed an international network of LGBTQ+ employee groups spanning the world.
At PMI, we are committed to addressing and nurturing the broadest definition of diversity as a way to deliver winning business and employee engagement. Pride month is an occasion for all of us to celebrate the joy and the freedom of being ourselves without any bias.

Does anybody else prefer nicotine gum? I get mine at Costco.

I don't like gum, but I was telling my friend recently that I don't understand the popularity of these pouches when they can get the same thing in the gum. These work for me, because I prefer the set it and forget nature of the pouch, but gum is extremely popular for the most part.

Can you buy Alps in stores anywhere yet? I’ve had them before but had to order it online and wait 2 months for them to come in

I finally switched to the NZE. No nicotine or tobacco.

Nicotine is pretty healthy for you

Gum is OK but it contains aspartame. Most of the pouches also have aspartame except for the ALPs. The ALPs are good health wise, but they are not the best tasting. There are also lozenges made by NicNac that don't have aspartame, but they dissolve a bit too fast.

Mine have always come in within a week. This is very odd and not the norm

Ive tried ALPs
They are wet and have strong flavors.
Same price as ZYN but you get 20 in a can instead of 15 that come in a ZYN

The wintergreen is fine, but the burn effect is a bit much. I find this with zyn as well; it seems to be a mint thing. I've tried the Alp fruit punch, and yeah that burn is gone but the flavor is very artificial.
Honestly the flavor is not much of an issue to me, because it's not releasing much flavor anyway. It's more of a background thing that I slightly experience, so it's less of a big deal for me
