Maine needs a funding freeze. I just saw a piece from Charlie Kirk. Brown Univ. has 4,000 employees. Only 1,000 are instructors.

The waffling on it seems to indicate that could be a possibility. She's a fool for it regardless, SCOTUS has (to an extent) already ruled on this by blocking the Biden administration's attempt to expand Title IX's coverage without going through Congress.
