He was also criticizing Shores’ lack of control of his off speed and then the next pitch strikes him out with a slider. He ain’t wrong but that was pretty ironic

I expect us to go undefeated from here on out, in which case I won’t complain..

So describe the “color” he is adding about the game? Wind direction? Statistics from a sheet? You can take a high schooler and do that. There is no baseball knowledge being passed on why hitters are doing what they are doing or pitchers doing what they are doing. There is ZERO color. Color is what Walker and McDonald or Tony Romo does for football. Color guys are supposed to be able to explain the reasons things happen and not what happened

Lynn and Ben are the best at baseball. Hunt isn’t bad. I’ve heard much worse.

Both are baseball guys. Lyn was an umpire for a long time and Ben of course did it for a living.

Because he's not a color guy. They obviously had no else to do the game. He was probably called in late to do this.
