I have a lot in the freezer and wanting to do something other than chili or taco meat. Or a meat sauce for spaghetti.
Anyone have some not so basic recipes? I get mine processed with no fat added so I never use it for hamburgers

Add some fatty pork meat (pork butt) to it and grind it up, find a sausage recipe you like and make some sausage. If you don't have a way to case it and don't want to buy the necessary equipment, then just vacuum seal it and use it like burger meat and grill or fry it.

Make cowboy beans. Fry down that meat and and a bunch of onions and peppers and garlic. Couple different kind of beans. Little bbq sauce and some brown sugar. Boom.

Mix it 3 lbs to a diced up 12 oz package of cheap bacon. Roll it all into small meatballs, sprinkle with your favorite Cajun seasoning and place into crockpot. Dump a large bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce and a can of crème of mushroom soup over it. Set on low for 8 hours and enjoy poking each one with a toothpick and popping into your mouth later. Invite some friends over and tell them to bring the beer.

I like to take these ethnic recipes and make lettuce wraps. Makes me feel like I’m eating healthy.

Shove some up a jalapeno's arse with shredded Mexican cheese (or cream cheese, I just hate cream cheese), wrap in bacon, and throw on the pit. Dab with your favorite BBQ sauce if you'd like.

Shredded cabbage, carrots, garlic, ground meat, soy sauce, and seasonings. Egg roll in a bowl.

Meatball stew. Highly underrated!

In addition to being tasty it's also a very healthy option
