Was thinking of random former players.
Chris Sciambra came to mind. What is he up to these days?
Anyone got any other updates on former players who are no longer playing?

I believe dandy don did on once on football. It went on for a long time and was very interesting. Let’s just say the caliber of athelete a player is in college has no bearing on how successful he will be in life!

Played poker a few years ago with Brandon Larson in Cleveland. He was coaching at Kent State.
Nice guy. Good poker player.

Chris Sciambra's wife and mine have become good friends here in Houston. When she told me his name, I easily recognized it and realized we were at LSU at the same time and ended up reconnecting—we’ve played golf a few times and had a couple of family dinners together. He and his family moved back to Baton Rouge, I believe just before the new year. They’ve got a three-year-old son and recently welcomed a baby girl.
Chris is just a genuinely great guy. We're hoping to make a trip to BR sometime to visit them.
His wife is a Bama alum, but to her credit, she’s a pretty passionate LSU supporter—at least when Bama’s not playing...

Adrian Antonini. I can still see his intense face in the dugout as Todd Walker hit the game winner in the 1993 CWS vs Long Beach State. It has a hard hit ball off of the 2nd baseman that went up and over his head, It was ruled a hit and I think it was Walker's 4th hit of the day.

Nate Bumstead.
He is in the BTR because his son is same age as mine 16 and played against him for years in travel ball. He is an extremely talented 3B and bat. Big kid, also threw hard off the mound.
