The contractor, that black dude, in the beginning, can't ever deny where he is from. That accent is strong.

And she said something like people don't understand how much goes into it and the things you have to think about.. like your electricity. I am pretty sure that's something people do think about. That and plumbing, etc, etc

in her defense, she was talking about the location of the house on the 14 acres she owns. having to run underground power all the way to the back of the property is alot more expensive than putting the house near the road. thats what she said she didnt think about.
