What’s her deal? How did she manage to get to this level? No skills or feel of the game.

Weight and injuries have set her back a lot. Reports were that she had turned a corner, cut weight and gotten a little more athletic, last off-season before the ankle injury.

Eta: but that could have just been coach speak from CKM.

I don't think her issue is physical, and she wasn't overrated coming out of high school. She was the starting Center for the FIBA U18 Gold medal team. Seems like her issues are all mental. It's like she's afraid to screw up and that leads to her being passive and making more mistakes. She'd be All-American if she had that Angel Reese "F- everybody" mentality.

She's decent , but not elite. We need an elite big ,athletic 6-4 or 6-5
in the way of Sylvia F. to go all the way to dreamland.

She just lacks confidence in her self. I hope the light comes on for her.

Really? Her best bet is to transfer out to a smaller school .

We thought that could be Jersey Wolfenbarger, but she hasn't lived up to her HS hype unfortunately. She was a 5-Star McDonald's All-American before spending 2 years at Arkansas.

Next season, we have 6-3 Grace Knox coming in. She's a consensus top 15 player. We'll probably need to find another post player in the portal though. It's going to be really hard replacing Morrow.

She has never played the 5. She was never going to be a pound inside type of player. At best she could be a Smith type. Jersey isn’t built for that.

That was painfully evident last night. She was getting pushed around like a ragdoll. Didn’t seem to have very strong hands on rebounds either. She would touch it and the ball would just bounce off/go to someone else.

She was a liability down low, and Kim was highly annoyed about it

Put that girl in the swimming pool. Great way to lose weight on a bad ankle.

This. And her personality as a player doesn’t fit Kim’s coaching style/personality. Kim is fiery and will cuss you and glare a hole straight through your soul. ADR just isn’t built to respond positively to that. I think because of that she plays scared to make a mistake and feel the wrath of her coach. It makes her even more timid. I think she would likely be performing better in a different place. And this is absolutely not a knock on Kim. Just an observation of clashing personalities and styles.

She was just standing around at the end of the game yesterday. No hustle. A shot goes up, she doesn't even jump for a rebound.

She is a PG/Wing. She should be able to be an advantage playing that spot but right now you have 2 AA in the 2 and 3.

I would just like to get 5 hard fouls from her every game. Go lean on their C and F and make them physically tired for the 4Q

I don't know why the OP is getting downvoted. This "Five Star" player doesn't need to be playing at the D1 level. She literally has zero basketball skills.

Get lost a-hole. That was a continuation on a comment on Wolfenbarger.

Excuse the shite out of me. It was in a thread about ADR. Sorry I missed the Wolf connection. Sometimes it’s helpful to use the quote function so people can understand what you mean.
