Bats nothing in 9th position.
Do we have any other outfielders?

We have guys playing with nearly a .200 batting average yet we’re worried about someone hitting .333?

His throw from Center field to home last night was pretty pathetic

He’s hitting about .330 and rarely strikes out. He is always on base. If this is because he didn’t dive for that ball in CF or bobbling it, then flip over to basketball because you don’t know what you’re talking about.

Well we had Kling. But we would rather shop in the transfer portal than develop players

The ball hit is glove and he had a horrible jump on the ball. It was a critical play in the game. I have seen nothing from him. IF he is such a great hitter, why the heck is he batting 9th. We should be better in all our OF positions.

Kling was complete arse cheeks last year & you know it. There was absolutely zero signs of him taking it to the next level.

Stop complaining like a little girl.

He's in the 9 hole bc he gets on base a lot & scores. It's good to have someone like him on base when the top of our lineup comes up.

Why is this complicated for you? He's a damn good 9 hole hitter.

Get real man. If you’re bitching about Stanfield who is batting .330 over Kling who was close to a guaranteed strike out, I don’t know what to tell you.

Because that’s where the coach puts him. He’s batting .330 and is on base around .450-.500, which gets the top of the order back up. This isn’t hard.

exactly! the hard. truth is this staff can develop hitting but nothing else...when you have Josh Simpson (overweight coach potato) coaching outfielders, CJJ coaching infielders and Josh Jordan coaching catching...no defensive development gurus....yeskie pitching lacks something too...

I find it amusing when a rantard starts a thread with an utterly atrocious OP, gets raked over the coals for it, and then doubles down with even more stupidity.

Yes he was arse because his swing was obviously broken. Needed a hitting coach to fix him. Said it multiple times last year. Now he has more HRs than Jones
