What were they supposed to do? They were following the procedure for terminating him, but he retired before the final hearing and before he was arrested.

These arrests have been occuring weekly for the past year along the Gulf Coast, netting everyone from educators to now state police officers. I'm guessing there's some kind of bait out there on whatever site these guys are using. I had assumed some kind of torrent site since the charges usually include possession and distribution, but this guy seems to have only the possession charge.
