Tony is a gigantic douchebag and his players all seem to morph into him personality wise, which makes him more annoying. He's at least won something though.

He had several run ins with umpires and other coaches like DVH and Corbin (both of whom are assholes too). The way his 2022 team acted. His ‘23 and ‘24 teams seemed to do their talking with their play on the field.
Tony seems to have matured a ton since his first few years. These days he goes out of his way to complement other programs, players, and coaches. I think everyone’s first impression of him was the 2022 team and that wasn’t a good one.

This was from the Supers last season and it changed my opinion of the dude. He’s a firey competitor which comes off as douchey but he seems to have respect for other teams and players, even when his own players may not show it.

He is a liar no doubt. TAMU flat out got shafted and he flat out lied stating he would not leave them if Tejas came open. He did at first jump.
Vitello is bush league like his mentor DVH. I don’t like anyone who disrespects the game like both of them do.

Especially when you put it into context that Tennessee had just clinched a trip to Omaha, and the first thing out of Vitello’s mouth is praise for Evansville. He definitely didn’t have to do that.

After the Bama game last night Bama players went through the line to shake hands and good game. A few TN players started shite talking(have no idea why they lost). Noting broke out just some coaches intervening. Just bad sportsmanship from a douchebag program top to bottom.
