Congrats to Will Wade for finally passing Coach McMahon for NCAA tournament wins

NCAA Tournament Record:
McMahon: 2-3 (.400)
Wade: 3-4 (.429)
Wade would still be here if he could cheat better. But, we rightfully cut him loose.
Still, I find it hilarious to see you people melting over a dude with three tournament wins in his lifetime, and never being in the Sweet 16.
PS: I was a big fan of Will Wade but he was an idiot for getting caught on the phone breaking NCAA rules. Cry all you want but it was a no-brainer to fire him.

We’re counting play-in games as NCAA tournament wins now?

Ignoring the troll bait of a thread, why wouldn’t play-in games count as an NCAAT win?

Blew the lead but still won..the excuses for WW would have been epic if clem would have won... if any other tiger coach or former coach pulled that all the "fans" would still consider it a loss and would be hoping to lose the next game to get rid of em

Grasping at straws.
Let me try this... Last 3 seasons....
Wade: 1-1 NCAAT (still playing, only coached 2 of 3 seasons)
CoachMc: 0-0 NCAAT (declined an NIT invite, coached all 3 seasons)

How can you blow a lead if you didn’t blow the lead?

Wade has 3 wins moron

Because the play-in isn’t part of the field of 64. That’s why every bracket pool starts on Thursday—when the tournament starts.

It’s kind of like the McMoral victories for the McMen, but the opposite. A McMoral loss in their minds. You can’t make this up. Their copium is at an all time high.

Maybe we can show McMahon's tournament wins at Murray on the jumbotron during games so people don't have to watch his LSU teams.

It’s a tough day for the non-basketball fan contrarians. The gap between Wade and literally one of the worst major conference coaches in the NCAA grows larger.
But fear not McMahon fans. There will be PLENTY of great seats available for the McMahon (hopefully) lame duck caravan. But get your Nov/Dec seats early to see LSU struggle to wins against the SWAC and other southern directional schools

They live in a perpetual delusion where reality is inverted and facts don’t exist.

The McMahon 10, 20, 30 year reunion events will be great.
It will be the OP and 14 other people sitting around reliving that one time LSU led that good team at halftime. Or that time they were down 30 but didn’t quit and made an epic comeback to only lose by 14. They’ll compare their collections of 15 of the same bobble-heads they got at the game when there were 4,000 extras because there weren’t enough people to exhaust the supply with one per fan. Everyone will get a chance to wear the gently used “Boot Up” belt. The epic night will close with student workers parachuting 2 week old hot dogs because they couldn’t sell them at the concession stand.
