If that dumbass doesn’t start handing out cash to players on national TV, the NCAA never reopens their football investigation (it was essentially over), and then Scott Woodward doesn’t serve up Will Wade’s head to the NCAA to save his cash cow. LSU basketball then rides out a bumpy few years with some penalties and they’re back in the tournament right now.

No because Scott is the only reason McMahon is still around. We could be moving forward but the McMess is still going by choice.

You’re actually right about this. They reopened the football investigation after this happened. Then lumped it together with basketball.

Did he mention payments to players by Wade? Do you dispute he was caught on a wiretap mentioning "a strong arse offer"?
Mistakes made and the changing MBB landscape do not negate facts. Probably everything in the LSU/Will Wade drama was handled poorly by all sides. It makes me sad.
I wish we still had Will Wade. We do not and will not. So I'm gonna try to move on. I recommend everyone else get it all out in the next few days and move on as well.
