Pretty sure he’s pointing out how silly most of these things are.
I get it if there is a specific action to be addressed, but many times it’s just “I don’t like them” crap, and it strikes many of us as performative pouting.
I can’t imagine organizing my entire retail strategy around political litmus tests, especially when these things are hardly monolithic.

My Leftist SIL said the Tesla vandalism was fine because the cars are symbols of an oppressive regime. I reminded her that she drives an Audi, a company and logo, literally, founded by the Nazi party. I asked her if I could go smash up her car. She was not amused.
