Along with the immunity ruling from last year.

If SCOTUS doesn't reign in these judges, and quick, Trump will completely and permanently neuter the courts.

SCOTUS needs to reaffirm the power of the Executive Branch.

This may be the only way to proceed. Pardon anyone that will be involved in not following the lunatic orders and keep it pushing.

Because the only recourse for the douchebag judges is to try and put people in jail, like the DOJ attorneys.

Otherwise, what else can they do?

Can't wait for the next DEM administration to wield this power. A "Unified Executive" who answers neither to Congress or the courts. What could go wrong?

Biden essentially did this at the end of his term.

The Dems are playing their hand, but they don’t understand that Trump holds the executive for the next 4 years and then maybe his protege in Vance after that.

They will render an institution meaningless if they don’t chill out.

In that thread yesterday of a rough dialogue of the words in the court:

IIRC: Judge Boasberg even spoke of POTUS pardon power making all he is doing moot?

So the judge isn't stupid---- He knows he is just trying to waste time and put a black-cloud over Trump. By challenging every friggin thing, knowing the process will scurry everyone and waste time...

Have you no shame whatsoever?

Roberts just defended Boasberg who is the poster child for
judicial activism and gulag style injustice.

This POS does need to be publicly exposed in an impeachment trial.

That's a possible outcome.

The other outcome is that Roberts, who is soooooooo concerned about the authority and reputation of the Court, will realize this could happen and rein in the merry band of retards that are acting like Judge Dredd.

Clarence Thomas has long said that these District Court judges making rulings/injunctions that apply to the entire country needs to be addressed by SCOTUS.

It's almost as if your profession's failure to police lawyers, a responsibility the government has entrusted with your bar associations, has led to the degradation of our legal institutions.

Perhaps instead of these useless snarky comments you could complain that these judges haven't been disbarred?

Perhaps that would be a successful feedback mechanism against these lunatics to discourage more lunacy?

Nah, you'll just aimlessly whine about the impacts of treating the intuitions your profession has destroyed with the disdain the institutions have earned.
