House leadership basically told reporters today they would be fine with him being removed as leader.

Activist base is red hot angry at him to voting for funding bill

Strange to see dems for once have this internal strife. This is usually something you see from gop.

Dems are very, very angry at Schumer right now

He helped lead them to their lowest point in a generation. A revolt is somewhat expected.

You have to have a majority of the Senate caucus to replace him.

The House being pissed at him doesn’t mean shite if he has roughly 25 Dem Senators backing him.

The hive had already absorbed the CR was a bad thing. The change in programming was too quick to get the talking points out about how the CR was actually a good thing and to applaud the Dem leadership for preventing the Republicans from shutting down the government.

An at the end of the day, Senate will be remembered for either closing down the govt or keeping it open. Not the House. The House doesnt matter at this point. They can jump up and down all they want.

The D party is fracturing though.

They WANT AOC to primary him. I think AOC feels confortable where she is.

He would’ve been an idiot to fight against the CR when it continues the Biden spending. House GOP handed him a gift horse.

While Schumer sucks, AOC is delusional if she thinks she could win a Senate seat in a state wide election. She needs to stay in her utopia district.

I want to see it happen. It would probably be a no holds barred race.

They need another one in the mold of Hakeem Jefferies to be the senate leader.
PLEASE make that happen.

Which further demonstrates how retarded they are. The bill basically allows business as usual in DC.

They'll counter by going completely off the deep end and installing someone like Mazie Hirono or Fauxcahontas.

It'll be glorious to witness the continuing self-immolation of the DNC.

Chuck had no choice. If he suits down the government they could lay off all the government workers they wanted.

That is worse for them.

So they took the small l rather than the large L.

True.

As much as I loathe Chuck the Schmuck, I can only imagine how terrible the next Dem senate leader would be. I mean, they're mad at Chuckie for being too "moderate." My guess is, he'll get on his knees and beg, promising to be against Trump on everything else going forward.

Ehhh, he probably flipped as an FU to the really radical DEI dems hell bent on power in the Senate who told him his days were numbered before this. Hell, hey may go out in a blaze of glory and kissing Trump's arse before he's done.

It’s quite interesting to see both parties upset at the middle ground shite portions of their parties for signing on to this stupid shite. It will only bleed us dry.
