Democrat Congressman dies, continues posting to his Twitter

Democrat from Arizona, Raul Grijalva, died today. He had been battling lung cancer so it wasn't exactly a huge surprise.
Virtually all Democrats in Congress are massive pieces of shite but oh boy was this guy something. To avoid speaking too ill of the dead I'll leave most of that homework to you (he was a member of La Raza, a Marxist movement which wants pretty much all of the American southwest ceded to Mexico)
Regardless, hours after his death was announced a long detailed anti-Trump tweet was posted from his personal Twitter account.
It raises all sorts of interesting questions. Is his Twitter run by his staff, someone who wasn't informed yet he had died? Are the updates automated? Who programs the automation and the messaging?
The replies are hilarious
