Can DOGE tell us? My guess is money laundering. Can’t find anything that the bill improved.

Almost all of the money was held up by the EPA.

It went where it was always meant to. To Biden cronies. But to be fair. Money that is earmarked for infrastructure is usually done so, years sometimes decades in advance. Though I'm not holding my breath.

But our roads suck arse. Just awful. We have so many people that drive trucks no one notices or cares. Drive a nice car with low profile tires. A trip to the store is like running the gauntlet. Like driving on the moon swerving to avoid the craters in the road.
