Whites should exclude State Farm as their insurer.
BREAKING: State Farm VP Attacks LA Fire Victims for Their 'Egos Building In a F*cking Desert,' Admits State Farm Is Excluding Whites From Employment “I’m Being Biased… Away From My Own Kind [Whites]”
“Areas like where the Palisades are, there should never be houses built in the first place…it's a tinderbox.”

But it’s also a f*ing desert. And so, it dries out as a tinderbox.” He also acknowledged that wildfires in these areas are not surprising to insurance professionals, claiming, “Climate change is pushing these seasons.” He explained, “If you’re an insurance professional, it’s predictable.” Kirkpatrick also admitted that State Farm’s decision to pull out of the California insurance market was a calculated move in response to financial concerns and state regulations: “Our people look at this and say, ‘Sh*t, we’ve got, like, maybe $5 billion that we’re short if something happens.’” He revealed, “We’ll go to the Department of Insurance and say, ‘We’re overexposed here, you have to let us catch up our rate.’ And they’ll say, ‘Nah.’ And we’ll say, ‘Okay, then we are going to cancel these policies.’”

Ah, there you go. He's not mad at the fire victims. He's mad at California construction wages being too high. That's the state's fault more than anything.

Did you watch the interview? Nothing he said was really incorrect. California IS overexposed. Houses should NOT be built in the palisades, and if they are, they are almost impossible to insure because of the nature and more importantly california politics. And in terms of California the term:
quote:
“I want the 2040 workforce…more Hispanic and Latino”
Is not objectionable because in the context he is referencing forecasting cost and was asked how does he plan for the future. California is trending mostly hispanic. How is this controversial?

You can't bring this kind of logic to the PT board.

State Farm is excluding whites from their employment.

I would suggest that discrimination is controversial, but then again, I’m not a racist.

True. Dem policies lead to this.
It’s also true that discrimination based on race is illegal.

Substitute the word "blacks" for Hispanics / Latino & tell us what the DNC would be yelling. Screw St. Farm. A black St. Farm adjuster practically mocked my 70+ yr old sister while adjusting her claim after Katrina.

Had State Farm years ago, but dropped them for USAA because they didn't write policies for Guam.

Cool
Now do the NFL, NBA and MLB.
It appears the participation of these leagues should be close to 70% Caucasian.

I probably need to switch. Anybody have some recommendations?

not surprised at all this comes from o'keefe and the gateway pundit loons
the video opens showing live video of the guy saying that overbuilding in palisades was dumb as it's a tinderbox. which is true and why state farm pulled out
however - the kill whitey part is just a still of his face with "audio"
and then go back to live video when discussing why state farm pulled out of the area
giving these loons any credibility is like buying magic beans at the fair

State Farm's leaving is 100% on the state. Don't blame them. I don't understand the setting or the context to hiring practices but I'll leave his future employment up to his higher ups but it sounds like his career might be shortened but I suspect something is missing from all of this.

What did California want State Farm to do?
The state wouldn't let them raise the rates to where they would have adequate coverage for a disaster. So State farm pulled out, and California was forced to cover those homeowners, and guess what the state's plan doesn't have enough to cover claims. So now they are doing a billion dollar assessment on homeowners throughout the state to cover the losses.
State Farm last month filed a request to raise their rates 22% for the policies they still have in California, will be curious to see what happens.

It’s a racist DEI thought, which is usually controversial.

He's right.
Why would you ever insure them?
