What would someone buy 1,148 packets of koolaid for?

Buddy just sent me a video of a receipt about 35.0 feet long.
They bought the entire stock out. It was not on sale, normal price. $.39.
They didn't buy anything else with it. No sugar.
Black chick, singular, late 20s
All different flavors. Indiscriminate.
Bought them, stuffed the packets into bags and then threw the boxes away in the garbage can there. (So no resale angle)
It was at 9:15 pm tonight. So not Mardi Gras throws (which was my first thought.)
What am I missing? Is someone making a swimming pool full of unsweetened brown Koolaid? (The color you'd get if you mixed them all.)

Eh no. But I’ve seen people use it for crack. If I remember right the acid in it helps dissolve the rock to shoot it
ETA not as a “calling card” which I’ve never run across and think that’s just stuff from the movies but as an additive (only a tiny bit was used) in the spoon to help dissolve it and h was mixed in to shoot. If I’m remembering that right it was a while back and I’m sure I was tore up
