There was no love lost with Brady Neal leaving but he bailed because he was scared to compete with these clowns? Sheesh.

Neal had his fair share of problems catching the ball as well.
He also has the lowest batting average on Bama’s team of anyone with more than 2 at bats on the year. He’s still really bad.

They do this every year, they have a soft non conference schedule, win 20 non conference games and end with a 12-18 conference record. There’s a reason they are 12-0 but are barely ranked.

Jay was openly and publicly recruiting Neal to come back. That was before Hernandez transferred and everyone thought Arrambide was going in the draft.

For the record, I don’t support calling any player a clown. I’m just pointing out that our catcher hasn’t accounted for +2 runs when you account for his defense.
