And shaves, and looks presidential. He displays disrespect to the US in his dress and appearance. Screw Zelensky if he thinks so little of the Americans that he won’t make an effort to dress for the occasion on the world stage.

Can’t stand the guy, but he may think that style or dress plays well to the American public.
That he’s more likable as a soldier in tax payer eyes than a suit.
He dresses that way intentionality here. Yes he’s a disrespectful, unlikable, corrupt bug, but I think he’s trying to appear tough because Americans respect tough.
