Zelenskyy’s “war” costume

I get it. Your country is at war, and you want to give the idea that you are there with your troops. But when you are thousands of miles from home and meeting with the leader of the free world, put on a fricking suit. You’re not about to pick up a M16 in middle of DC and start shooting Russians.

It’s stupid but it’s his brand now. A costume is exactly what it is because he is an actor playing a part.

For example, Trump has the red cravat, tied 6 inches too long.
Zelenskyy is a small guy. Put him in a suit, and he disappears in a crowd. In his Fidel costume, he stands out, despite his diminutive stature. It is what it is.

If you are going to meet POTUS at the peoples house, you can show a little respect and dress for the occasion. No different then why people wear suits at weddings and funerals

Funeral I get, but most weddings I go to now, it’s mostly the groomsman, immediate family members, and old men who wear suits. Now a sports coat, that’s a different story, but people just aren’t into wearing full suits anymore. I know I hate them and haven’t put one on in years.
Regardless, it’s not a funeral Zelensky is attending. Who gives a shite what he wears. Only gay people and women care about what others wear.
