I google searched her real name. And the 2nd link was her named as CTO of this company. When i searched the home page. Her along with all the employees info has been removed recently.
So my best guess is this is him.

Though like another mention she may just be deaf. Though I had originally heard she was blind too, so not a 100%. Maybe has coke bottle glasses.

Pretty easy business to help support if true. And can try to help a little from afar too. Got a cousin that likes to booze it up that's new to the area, so can see if he checks it out.

Lot of states have stupid arse liquor laws. System is dumb and corrupt with distribution.
