As if I-12 wasn’t dangerous enough. Hopefully the library money can fix this.

Wasn’t it BR where some women were randomly shooting off a bridge years ago?

Feels like the interstate shootings had calmed down for a while. Hope this doesn't become a trend again.

Pretty sure I know the girl that got shot. She's a friend of my niece.

I know that’s what the article says, but she was shot on Millerville.

And how did she not know she was shoot until she got home? There has to be more to the story.

quote:

When she got off the interstate and began heading south on Millerville, she noticed a vehicle following her closely.

While changing lanes and trying to make a left turn from Millerville, the vehicle passed on her passenger side when she heard “two pop noises.”

According to BRPD, the woman said she didn’t realize she was shot until she pulled up to her apartment. The victim confirmed there was no confrontation or road rage involved and it is unclear why she was shot at.

So she was shot at on Millerville and not I-12

Police say they were contacted by hospital staff around 7:40 p.m. when the victim arrived at the hospital with a gunshot wound

Im calling bullshite on this one. So she was shot on Millerville, got home and realized she was shot?.. then pulled back out and drove herself to the hospital, never calling 911 the entire time? nahhh

We need to start mounting guns on our trucks like they do in militaries. Just as a deterrence from this nonsense.

No broken glass, bullet holes inside or on frame? Strange two bullets fired only hit her once and nothing else?

Kiran

That turned out to be self inflicted

quote:

Detectives learned that Evans had a gun in his lap at the time of the crash and somehow, the gun went off, shooting Evans in the head. It’s unclear how the gun went off, if Evans had his hand on the trigger or if the impact of the crash and airbag deploying may have caused it. Sources added that there was no evidence of a bullet going into the vehicle.

that’s unfortunate- but I didn’t know that at the time - I was on my way to the airport not long after it happened

Maybe I shouldn’t laugh

That’s what I was thinking. Your mama so fat she doesn’t even realize when she gets shot!
