re: Weather for Saturday night?

I'm trying to figure out what it will be like for the drive back to North Louisiana after the game.

Agree with the misery of the Alabama game. My most miserable time was Miami in 1988. It wasn't as cold, but it was a dang monsoon. Somehow it didn't impact Miami - 44-3 - I'm getting depressed again just thinking about it.

Florida State in the early 90's was another monsoon, but it was more enjoyable as we almost pulled off the upset.
Stonewall and the North Desoto schools would be the way to go.
A little thrown off by persons being called parents, but as I am reading it the child would inherit the aunt/uncle's interest as there is no will and being the closest heir.

I salute your Airplane reference!! It has been a long time since I have watched it - may have to check it out this weekend.
You have a point but unfortunately I think the answer is yes.
A lot of jobs that paid well. Definite ripple effect will hit the area.

I totally agree with your position - believe nothing. While we could "lead" for all of these guys, that could change at the drop of a hat (or should I say bag). Believing nothing is definitely the way to stay sane during this time
Had the opportunity to meet him and Brett Bordelon on the sideline before the game. They took to the time to speak with my grandson and his friend and take a picture. Both seem to be solid young men. Can't wait to see them in Purple and Gold!!

Our team has flaws, but so does every other team so anything is possible. Not having the bye would make it extremely difficult in my opinion.

With that being said, they need to focus on a one-game season every game from here on out. While we definitely can win the remaining games, we could just as easily drop a couple if the team is looking ahead and not focused.
They actually played much better this year even though the record does not show it. Except for 2-3 games, they had a chance to win the others. They were trying to get over that hump of learning how to win rather than trying not to lose.

From what I understand, the kids are working hard for next year. It will be interesting to see who they hire next and if that coach can keep the heightened interest up for the program.

The only answer. The Flowbee.

My first vehicle was a Fairmont. Minor things would pop up with it, but you could not kill that vehicle...I tried while I was in college. Thanks for bringing up some memories for me.
Definitely wish him the best and will be praying. Was diagnosed with prostate cancer myself and was blessed that it was addressed before it metastasized. The doc told me after the surgery that the cancer was about to start spreading and if I had waited a few more months, we would have been having a different conversation.
Agree the 10K passes would do him some good. He always seems to me to run good routes. Just needs to eliminate the drops and he should have a big year.
