There has to be a couple dozen Charleston threads between Travel and F&D boards. You'll probably find everything you need with the search link.

Drive out to Kiawah Island for lunch. The Ocean Course clubhouse or The Sanctuary are both worth the little bit of travel time.

Drinks at the rooftop bar overlooking the harbor atop the Market Pavillion Hotel. Great views as the evening turns to night.

Poogan’s porch is really good
We also really enjoyed touring some of the historic homes
It looks like Charleston Distillary has moved out of town but they have some good spirits.

Rodney Scott and Lewis BBQ are must visits IMHO. I also really liked Edmunds Oast.

Nico's for the best seafood
Rodney Scotts for BBQ - Got a picture with him when I was there.
Poogan's Porch - Brunch
Prohibition Bar
To do:
Horse Carriage ride
Beach
USS Yorktown (you could spend an entire day in this museum).
Walk the Battery
Visit The Citadel and College of Charleston
Shem Creek was neat.
River Cruise out to Fort Sumter.
Cypress Garden is a wildlife area where you can rent row boats and go through where the rowboat scene of The Notebook was filmed. Get there early, there is usually a 2-3 wait.
Boone Hall and Middleton Place were neat places as well.

This, 100%.
But I’m happy to answer any specific questions or make specific recommendations.

Have a drink at the Citrus club on the top of the Dewberry.

We did a booze cruise on a pontoon boat that went out into the harbor and went past all the sites. We had a ton of fun! I can't remember the name of the company, but we left out of the West Ashley side

Leaving Mardi Gras day with the wife and spending 3 days in Charleston. Thanks for the recommendations. The only reservation we have is Hall's on Thursday night. What is the usual wait for some of these restaurants that do not allow reservations (such as 167 Raw) for dinner during the middle of the week?

Charleston Booze Cruise? Or was it the tiki pontoon shaped like an octagon?
Charleston Booze Cruise does skeet shooting off the front of the boat now. I know the owners, they’re fellow members of the Charleston Rifle Club.
That said we like the Palmetto Breeze. Two hour sunset cruise, they actually sail for a bit, and it leaves right out of Shem so you can check that out before or after.

During the week it’s gonna be no wait or maybe ten minutes if you get there around 5. Later on probably 30-40. But if you’re doing 167 Raw you can grab a drink at Bar 167 around the corner.
Also, most of the places downtown have open bar seating where you can get the full menu and they’re not reserved. Most people don’t think to check that.

We like Dispensary as well just up King. Cool little beer garden in the back that’ll have games on, good food, and they'll have live music too.
Also, The Belmont has great $10 happy hour cocktails during the week. Same area. Lamar’s (across the street from Belmont and one of Leva’s, from Southern Charm) is also doing a happy hour now for their craft cocktails for $8, I think until 8 during the week. Charleston Guru has a great happy hours page that includes downtown and surrounding areas.
