Locate their villages and begin dropping moab bombs. Once all their villages are completely leveled, send SF teams in to harass them day and night until all are dead. Make it last for weeks or even months. Force them to constantly move with no sleep.

What is going on in DRC is a pretty big news story outside of the US.
