My Navy.Coves arrived from Bon Secure. I actually had to run down to Pensacola for work, spent the night in Orange Beach Monday and thought about just going over to Bon Secure and picking them up in person. But I called and Mrs. Becky already had them packed to ship out so I let her proceed.

Box of 100. $80 plus tax/shipping. $130 total.

I popped a few to sample when I ran home at lunch today. So damn good. Perfect size, salty and buttery.

The rest will get pummeled tonight.

What's even cooler is this NC shirt I surprisingly got. I assume that was compliments of the Mailman. Many thanks!

Those are beauties.

We took a tour of the NC farm operation with our board friend when we were down at the beach. Slurping those freshly shucked gems, just pulled from the water, is one of my best oyster memories.

Brisk day out there today. Was able to catch Mrs Becky before she shipped out to get you some swag! Appreciate the business. We are working hard to a great product. I tell people all the time that Alabama has some of the best oysters in the world.

Balls that mignonette looks great! Probably don’t need much for this batch.

We harvest every Monday/Wednesday/Thursday. Call and get them reserved. I was happy to see the price Balls paid. That’s very reasonable with shipping for 100ct box. Good fortunes on the wedding. A word of wisdom, these oysters work well. I have a 6 month old!

Lafayette Baws they have Navy Coves at Pamplona this weekend. We shucked 30k this past weekend at the Annual Fort Morgan Oyster Fest. All shells going back into Mobile Bay and profit going to the Mobile Bay Restoration Foundation.

I'm in Fairhope this weekend. Are there any local places that serve Navy Cove oysters?

Chuck’s refrigerator might be the only place to find them up there. Possibly Blind Tiger. We are donating 1k oysters to the Bayou Bengals Crawfish boil in May.

. I was traveling last week and missed this. These oysters are fantastic. And consistent. I’ve probably ordered at least 6+ times over the last few years. And I’ve gotten oysters from several purveyors up the East Cost during the same time. The Navy Cove oysters are absolutely some of the best available and a fantastic bargain. They rank at the top of the market by any metric.
