Looking for a quality body shop that does top notch work. Not looking for the cheapest. I’ve been down that road before and got shite work.

Yes, Vu does great work and is very professional.
I'd also recommend Gordon & Sandifer if you're closer to LSU.
Also, Cavin's is no longer. They sold to Caliber. Most of the same crew is still working there though.

Wouldn’t recommend Laportes. They do fine enough work but it’s pulling teeth to get them to do what you want instead of what they want.

I can recommend both Ian at custom colors near Seigen or Mark at Maggio’s in Denham. Great people who do great work.

Custom Colors and Gordon & Sandifer are probably the two best in the city for all around general body work and paint matching if you're in the middle of BR.
