Where to buy beef melt?

Anybody know of a place that sells it in BR/Prairieville? Went to Rouses on Airline and he had no clue what I was talking about.

Try Scallan's Meat on Airline in BR going west before you get to Plank Rd., they usually have beef melt in frozen blocks.

Beef pancreas or spleen. I always forget. Usually they have it at grocery stores. Often used for baiting crawfish nets/traps.

I used to buy it at Rouses on 42. Back left cooler by the double doors to the storage room.
