The saga of Scrim: the famous New Orleans stray dog escape artist caught this morning

For those following the story of Scrim the escape artist dog that has been on the loose for months and months:
He was caught yesterday or this morning in a humane trap in midcity. They got him to the vet and he was very healthy, even gained weight. The person that has been trying to get him for months has him, got a geolocation collar for him and allegedly has him secure at home this time.
Happy...ending?

The video of him jumping from the balcony to escape his last home is absurd.
Scrim is meant for the streets and can clearly handle himself out there.

Definitely a "become ungovernable" meme come to life

Yeah I don’t know why they’re so adamant on catching a dog who clearly doesn’t want to be caught.

Why don’t they just leave the fricking dog alone? He obviously wants to be free.

That's like people that scream "Shut the door!" when you come over because their dog will run away.
Homie, it ain't meant to be if it actively tries to escape the place it is being fed..

I’ve seen the people trying to capture him and who are obsessed with him. I’m Team Scrim-smart pup trying to get away from those types of people.

White middle aged women thinking they know what’s best is the downfall of society. That dog wants to be outside

I think Scrim was involved in the New Years bombing. We was gathering intelligence for ISIS.

For all those that think it is, sure.
But that dog obviously has massive anxiety and doesn’t want to be confined.

He should be named King of the Krewe of Barkus this year while they have him in captivity again.

You can’t stop Scrim. You can only hope to contain him.

Scrim needs an agent. Lot of people comin for him, he will have some hard decisions to make. Like which mansion he wants to live in.

He will get loose again. He cannot be contained.
You could not drive my dogs away from our house. Someone left a gate open a while back and they left the yard. We knew they were out when we opened the front door and they were both sitting there wanting dinner.
A dog that wants out will get out.
