If those guys all have high-functioning autism, like Aspergers, they are quite possibly the perfect guys for this job. I know a couple of guys like that, and they are extremely literal.
Give them a job, give them the parameters, and they will not deviate. The ones I know have really high IQs, so the more challenging the work, the more they tend to like it.
Because the like order, when they notice something that doesn't fit in, they let you know.
