The Comprehensive Plan will propose an interconnected network of on- and off-street active transportation facilities, complete with cost estimates for each project. The project team will prioritize initiatives based on community impact and identify potential funding sources for implementation. By integrating community insights and adhering to federal engagement requirements, the St. Tammany Parish Comprehensive Pedestrian & Bicycle Plan aims to create a sustainable, connected, and accessible transportation system for current and future residents.

They're talking about using this for commuting, shopping, etc. And yeah, you can thank me for taking the survey for a place I haven't been in years.

I'm not talking about all you dirty hippies and bicycle riders with your company sponsored Jerseys.

I spend a lot of tax dollars in St. Tammany Parish.

I'm okay with this project.

That needs a two month period for prioritization? Look at the calendar, your precious "trace" spends as much time in stakeholder inquiries, analysis and recommendation as a four lane tollway in Houston. But keep being Louisiana. At least you're not Jefferson Parish, eh?

It will definitely be used by several folks but first you need to finish the bridge in downtown Covington where the crews seem to be working 1 day a week. Pathetic! It should have been completed by now.

This is how all parishes work (counties too).

Someones family or friend got the contract to do this study.

Can you imagine how easy the money is when you have a government family member who can just award contracts?

If you are a serious cyclists you can't use them. Too crowed and too many stops.
