Drunken comments from a strong arm cost cutting consultant

In the 1992 period, the corporation buys into an external cost cutting consultancy to be applied corporate wide. I thought previously that we had done an aggressive cost/profitability effort that benchmarked into the top quartile of leading competitors. These consultants were given wide authority. We recieved the nazi and jew tank commanders to tell us how to work. Didn't take long to Start things going off the rails.I am. a work process guy and was mystified by by their approach.
after a meeting one evening, I hung around with the two, plied them with a whole bunch of bourbon. They described there approach.. there are 3-4 organization models and they pick one you do not have under the premise that change will drive improvemment by it self.
I think that Trump has selected a different org model

you guys apparently not managed any thing more than a 711 or a fruit stand.
Notice DOGE has been relatively guiet the last week. The play taking place is Trump blowing up the Federal money machine to expose the issues, then DOGE can go about identifying the gross mismanagement. Getting the deep state to justify expenses

Corporations are checked by profitability, the US government has gone unchecked for 50 years…
Imagine if your company only grew in size and expense but never in profitability for 50 years…and then you think to yourself, huh yeah deff no cost cutting needed just a new org model.
