Y'all are the embarrassment as LSU fans smh
Having a team that ranks 323 in d1 in turnovers and 318 in 3pt% is pretty up there as far as embarrassments. 3yrs into a tenure and this is the best we can muster?

While Auburn has only lost 1 game all year (@ Duke), they haven’t been great on the road.
5 pt win @ Texas
3 pt win @ SC
2 pt win @ UGA
I expect LSU to compete with the #1 team in the country tomorrow

Woody dgaf about men’s basketball. Simple as that.

Might steal a win vs Texas Saturday, they’re also a poorly coached team.

Go repeat this statement in front of a mirror and see how stupid you look saying it. Of course the AD cares about one of the largest programs under his guidance. Only a complete idiot would argue against that.

As crazy as it sounds, I think LSU might compete in this one.
1. Auburn is on the road. They certainly can win away from home (and have in all three SEC road games thus far), but they haven't been nearly as dominant. Yes, 1.5 of those games were without Broome, but strange upsets are not wholly uncommon when good, even great teams, go on the road.
2. Auburn is coming off a big, emotional, home win vs. Tennessee last Saturday and has a road game at (23) Ole Miss this Saturday. A conference road game sandwiched between two games vs. ranked teams is the definition of a trap game in basketball.
3. LSU didn't win on Saturday, but for long stretches they were the tougher, more physical team @ Alabama....a place where even good LSU teams rarely play well. LSU's offensive approach and execution is crap, and it is likely not going to get a lot better (unless McMahon decides this will be the game he alters his approach), but generally teams shoot better at home. That has been the case for LSU in their only two SEC home games thus far.
4. McMahon finally seems to be willing to play his entire roster. I was shocked to see him play Green on Saturday. I'm not saying Green is a dominant player, but he didn't look overwhelmed at all in his first game. Particularly one on the road vs. a top 5 team. If nothing else, he at least has enough size to match Auburn inside physically. I don't trust McMahon's rotations or substitution patterns, but simply just trying different guys is a small positive step.
I'm not ready to go out on a limb and say LSU will win tomorrow (I don't think they will), but I wouldn't be terribly surprised if this one is a little closer than most expect.

Maybe if Woodward hired a coach worth a damn, you wouldn’t be acting a fool.

This seems like the type of game that LSU finds a way to win, fans get a little exicted and show up saturday only for them to lay an egg against texas and lose any momentum. Its the Mcmahon way

Watched the Auburn - South Carolina game a couple of weeks back sounded like Auburn had as many fans as the Cocks that game. Cocks damn near beat them though and honestly should have.

Whatever it takes to talk yourself into thinking LSU has a chance. They will compete in the sense of it being an actual game, but the game won’t be competitive. I wish that wasn’t true, but I refuse to deny reality.

I’m not acting a fool. I also am smart enough to understand that the athletic director cares about athletics. If that’s a hard concept for you to grasp, then this forum might be a little too advanced for you. And that’s saying something considering the posts read on here.
