LSU softball coach- when is she gonna prove she belongs at LSU.

I havent seen exceptional coaching from her yet. Always next yr

Beth is a very good coach and one of the best pitching coaches in the country. While I agree that she has underachieved a lot recently, she is not a coach that you get rid of unless you plan on going white whale hunting.

"Softball Nikki" should have been purged a few years ago.
She's well worn and way past her prime at LSU.

Our fans don’t realize LSU softball actually over-achieves.
We don’t have elite in-state programs so we have to recruit out of state girls to play her. Beth is doing great for what she has to work with.

wtf are you babbling about? elite Class A TRAVEL teams are all over. Nobody recruits from high school. all major programs in the country recruit players from OUT OF STATE. This an old and tired argument. some clown here way back when tried to say majority of girls on mcneese and ULL were from in state. WRONG. all these div 1 schools recruit from OOS.

With all of the girls that I know that do and have played softball, I don't understand how Louisiana doesn't have softball talent.

I've never seen Beth at Lauberge playing Blackjack for $100 a hand. Nikki, all the time.
Secondly, Beth actually made multiple CWS appearances. Nikki to the final four? While Beth has fallen off some, she is nowhere near a failure as Nikki was.
OU may still win it all. They will also lose more games in the regular season than they did in the big 12....

Actually saw her on a flight out of BR a few weeks ago. She couldn’t find a spot for her rolling carry on so she moved another passengers bag to a different compartment without their knowledge to make room. The attendant called her out on it, then she got all fussy. Not a great look!!!

LSU softball has been a big underachiever IMO. We’ve had some great teams over the years and just can’t seem to do it when it matters most.

LSU fans are bottom line fans in large part. A significant number truly believe that just demanding excellence is how it happens. The details might as well not even exist.

What a terrible take. LSU took initiative (for once) and built the best softball facility in the country and Beth completely wasted the momentum.
Some folks on the RB insist she’s a mom first and doesn’t put in the effort too coaches bring. Makes sense given LSU has been in auto pilot for a decade.

If you move someone’s carry on to a completely different part of the plane without their consent or knowledge yes you are a POS in that moment. And the attitude she gave the attendant was extremely rude. I don’t know jack shite about soft ball but that was a bad impression for me. Maybe she was just having a bad morning, I wasn’t condemning her. I’ve been there myself.
