Spags isn’t a good head coach. He’s a great defensive coordinator. I don’t think it’s a good idea to hire a guy just because he has inside knowledge on one team.

A defensive minded head coach other than Belichick hasn't won the Super Bowl since 2013. This would be idiotic

I think the idea is the Bills already have one of these type of coaches and are successful despite it, atleast this one would have the added benefit of removing him from the chiefs

He’s great when he has phenomenal defensive line talent. Otherwise he is the DC who oversaw the second worst defense in NFL history.

Pete Carroll would be a guy who could go in there and win a SB next year. They need a change. Dungy would be good too. Just a caretaker guy who has them playing loose.

Ironically, the Chiefs would just consequently hire McD as their D Coordinator and maintain success over the Bills
